The Art of the Medieval Musician
- the great variety of instruments is played virtuously and the instruments are explained to the audience
- the court songs of the minstrels take turns with hearty songs from the taverns

- before each meal is served, poison tests are celebrated involving the guests
- the herald plays the long ceremonial trumpet and explains the medieval table manners to the guests
